Door County's Bayview Bridge web site now available

Site provides project and detour information for travelers to Door County

 

(Green Bay) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) NE region office in Green Bay is announcing a website for the Bayview Bridge (WIS 42/57) in Sturgeon Bay, Door County is now available.  The site is located at http://projects.511wi.gov/web/bayview-bridge-rehab. This site will provide traveler information regarding the project and detours. 

 

The bridge is closing to vehicular and pedestrian traffic Monday, March 4.  This closure is part of a $4.8 million project to upgrade the bridge.  It is expected to reopen to vehicular and pedestrian traffic by July 4, 2013.

Procedure to Speak at a Council Meeting on an Agenda Item:

  • Complete a "Request to Comment" notice to either the City Clerk or the City Administrator prior to the start of the meeting.
  • The Mayor will allow the speaker up to a maximum of 3 minutes to address the agenda item.
