The City of Sturgeon Bay has implemented a software program - Constituency Contact and Response - that will enable the resident to be aware of the progress of their concern, suggestion, or complaint that they have made aware to the City. When you call a City office or e-mail info@sturgeonbaywi.org with your concern, a work order will be generated to the appropriate department. 

The citizen calling in the concern will receive a letter informing them of the progress and a second letter when the concern has been completed. One reason that this software has been implemented is to allow the citizen to be more aware of where the concerns, complaints, or suggestions are being directed to and to provide constant communication.
